We work by appointment
If you want to visit the Municipality of Emmen, you need an appointment. You can make an appointment by calling our KCC on 14 0591. If you have difficulty walking, are in a wheelchair or want us to help you at a low desk where you can sit down, please call us for an appointment.

- Questions and report form: you can ask your questions to the municipality by submitting the Questions and report form.
- Social media: alternatively, you can submit your question or report via Facebook , Twitter or Instagram.
- WhatsApp: you can also pass on any questions or reports to us via WhatsApp, between 8 am and 5 pm. Please use this number: +31 6 111 987 69.
- Phone: you can contact us by telephone from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, by calling telephone number 14 0591. When calling from abroad, please dial: +31 591 689 000.
- Postal address: post can be sent to the Municipality of Emmen at Postbus 30.001, 7800 RA Emmen.

Need information or have an appointment? The addresses and opening hours of our municipal shops are listed below.
Emmen town hall
- Address: Raadhuisplein 1, Emmen.
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. We are open Thursdays until 7 pm.
Public Service Desk for Building
- Address: Raadhuisplein 1, Emmen.
- Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 12 noon and from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
